Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology

License: Registered Nurse

Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Must-Have:

• Experience in Cardiac Cath
• Proficiency in Angiograms
• Knowledge of interventional radiology cases such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, and nephrostomy tubes
• Ability to administer sedation and recovery of sedation patients
• Experience with arterial access recovery
• Background in a multidisciplinary team

Description: Urgent start needed. Manager interviews are required. Rotating days Monday through Friday with rotating weekend call from 10 AM to 1 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Facility has 70 licensed beds with 5 bays and 1 procedure room. Suitable candidates should have experience working with both inpatient and outpatient settings. Charting system is Cerner. Pyxis system is used. Weekend rotation is required once per month. On-call duty is expected once a week from 4 PM to 6 PM and on rotating weekends. Holiday expectations will be discussed during the interview. Scrub color will be procedural and provided.
