Occupational Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver hands-on rehabilitative care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, and support functional recovery in self-care and mobility. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and promote safety and independence.
