Ensuringexceptionalpatientcareandcompliancewithhospiceregulationsandstandards. Developingandexecutingstrategiesthatsupportorganizationalgoalsandsustainablegrowth. Buildingstrongrelationshipswithcommunitypartners,healthcareproviders,andfamilies. Identifyingopportunitiesforimprovementandhelpingyourteamachievemeaningfulresults. Knowledgeofhospiceregulations,Medicarecertificationrequirements,andqualitystandards. Excellentcommunication,problem-solving,andrelationship-buildingskills. Theabilitytobalancecompassionwithaccountabilityandoperationalperformance. Apassionfordevelopingpeople,strengtheningteams,anddeliveringoutstandingcare. RN,LPN,oranotherdegreedprofessionalwithrelevantsupervisoryexperiencepreferred.Otherhighlyqualifiedcandidateswillbeconsideredinaccordancewithapplicablerequirements.
