Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Team Member (TX024) Starting Wage Range $9.00 - $12.00 Tropical Smoothie Cafe is the largest franchisee of DYNE Hospitality Group. Location: TX024 – Lubbock, 80th St., 5139 80th St, Lubbock TX 79424 Work Week: Flexible hours are available. Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability. If you are smart, have integrity, drive, and enthusiasm, you’d make a great Team Member! Duties / Responsibilities Interact with Team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values. Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our café. Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies. Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies to Tropical Smoothie Café’s standards. Use sanitation practices to handle and prepare food. Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations. Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the café. Operate the register including taking orders, handling cash, and managing the drawer. Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand. Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the café. Skills / Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Physical Requirements Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift. Bend, lift and carry up to 30 pounds for stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash. Frequent face‑to‑face interactions with crew members and customers. Navigate safely in a fast‑paced café environment. Multi‑task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
