You don't need to be a professional designer to succeed. We can teach you our design system and CAD software. • Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home design consultations
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
• Measure and evaluate spaces
• Design projects using our CAD/design software
• Prepare and present professional proposals
• Present pricing and close sales
• Manage customer relationships from initial consultation through installation
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication throughout the project
• Develop referral and networking opportunities
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals
