PHYSICAL THERAPIST - ACUTE REHAB UNIT/FLOAT

Responsibilities Our Physical Therapists fulfill the needs of patients, families, and the community by providing Physical Therapy services in accordance with one’s licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements. They serve as the functional mobility and rehabilitation experts and are key stakeholders in patients’ functional recovery and interdisciplinary discharge planning. These services are delivered in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU), a 16-bed CARF Accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility within GW Hospital, focusing on stroke and amputation specialties.
