This Surgical Technician (CST) opportunity at Cheshire Medical Center is a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/26/2026, working 40 hours per week on day shifts with required call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will hold a National CST Certification, BLS certification, and be willing to obtain a New Hampshire Med Tech license within 48 hours of acceptance. The Surgical Technician will support a busy operating room environment by ensuring surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized, prepared, and functioning for procedures. The facility features five operating rooms and serves patients from infant to geriatric populations. Candidates should have experience in orthopedic and trauma surgeries, while experience with ENT, cataract, and C-section procedures is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Strong attention to detail, compliance with professional standards, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary surgical team are essential for success in this role.
