Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 annually (depending on experience)

What You'll Do

• Assess patients' needs, strengths, and rehabilitation potential across all age groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and physician directions
• Document patient progress and treatment accurately in medical records
• Supervise and delegate tasks to PTAs and support staff, ensuring safe and effective care
• Educate patients, families, and community members about treatment plans and injury prevention
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Serve as a clinical instructor or mentor for PT and PTA students when needed

What You Need

Required:

• Michigan State Physical Therapist license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and medical documentation systems

Preferred:

• 1+ years of outpatient or acute care experience
• Experience with patient education and multidisciplinary collaboration
