A dynamic leadership opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Manager with Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) expertise. This role is based in Abilene, TX, and offers a Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, ideal for professionals seeking a structured daytime schedule.

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist In Charge (PIC), ensuring compliance with state regulations and pharmacy policies
• Lead and inspire the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care
• Oversee compounding operations, including both sterile and non-sterile preparations
• Maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
• Foster a culture focused on continuous growth and development within the pharmacy

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License required; willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states over time is essential
• Minimum of one year of pharmacist experience
• Prior experience as a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with compounding sterile and non-sterile preparations
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams
