This leader will act as the face of the brand—both internally and externally—while building scalable systems to support aggressive growth goals.Key Responsibilities:Provide visionary leadership and execute the brand's long-term strategic planServe as the brand ambassador at industry events, media engagements, and franchise conventionsOversee all functional areas to ensure strong, consistent franchise performanceDevelop and execute marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and customer engagementLead franchise development efforts, including sales strategy and expansion planningManage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance trackingAnalyze performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvementIdentify new market opportunities and establish scalable business models for growthQualificationsWe're seeking a driven, strategic leader with a strong presence and the ability to build relationships across franchisees, corporate teams, and external partners.
