Recruitment Coordinator Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment process for students including requisition creation, job posting, resume review, phone screening, interview coordination, and offer generation for all US locations Complete I-9s and folders for new hires ensuring compliance Help maintain new hire orientation slides to update all local information as required Support process documentation for recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and all related procedures allowing continuous improvement to enhance efficiency for all processes Assist with the US student program including planning for student events and coordinating assignments Support the World Headquarters engagement committee Support the implementation of AI to improve HR process efficiency Other projects as assigned Qualifications Actively pursuing bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) 6+ months recruitment experience preferred Attention to detail Bias to action PHINIA is an equal employment opportunity employer such that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity expression, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
