We have 5 operating rooms offering a full range of surgical procedures including: Bariatrics, Colorectal, General Surgery/Robotics, GI, OB/Gynecology, Sports Medicine, Orthopedic, Pain Management, and Podiatry.*********************** $10,000 Sign On Bonus*************************************Job Summary:The Clinical Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas (including OR, Pre-OP/PACU, and SPD) and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Director will report to the ASC Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. BSN or higher degree preferred.Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Nevada.2+ years of supervisory experience in surgery setting. ASC experience is a plus.Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of positionCurrent certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support accredited by AHA.We are part of a much larger team with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).
