Client Onboarding & Operations Specialist

The Financial Center is a boutique firm where you’re the face clients hear when they call, coordinating onboarding and setting the tone for how we treat people. This role focuses on keeping operations smooth and building strong client relationships. You’ll answer phones and emails, schedule meetings, handle onboarding paperwork with our advisory team, pull client files, and ensure data accuracy.
