Our Clients are seeking Paraprofessionals in the Plymouth-Canton Community School district area NOW starting at $18/hr depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill. SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S OPPORTUNITY * Assist students as they board and exit school bus * Helps prepare, collect and set-up materials for student participation, following teacher direction * Provides instructional, behavioral, or physical assistance to students individually or in small groups at the direction of the teacher to reinforce and follow up instruction * Assists with large group activities as drill work, reading aloud, and storytelling * Maintains daily activity logs for your assigned student(s)* Alerts regular teacher to any problem or special information about the individual student(s)* Serves as the chief source of information for the assigned students to help any substitute teacher assigned in the absence of the regular teacher CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION * Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent. * Must be able to pass State and national background checks. * Must have experience working with children who have disabilities b> CLIENT'S HOURS * Monday - Friday * Standard school hours ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Candidates replying to this role also usually have experience or interest in other roles including: Teacher's Assistant, Teacher Aide, Classroom Aide, Paraprofessional, and/or Instructional Aide. b> COMPANY OVERVIEW Delta-T Group's mission is to provide cost-effective, reliable referrals, and innovative referral solutions, for the social services, behavioral health, allied health and special education fields, for the betterment of independent behavioral health professionals seeking new opportunities and those needing care and support.
