Physical Therapist
This is a 2 PT / 2 PTA clinic focusing on general orthopedic and balance-related patient care.
Key Experience and Skills Required
- Outpatient experience is essential.
Patient Ratios / Productivity
- Target of 50 patient visits per week.
Evaluation Times
- 1-hour one-on-one evaluations.
- Approximately 10 evaluations per week.

- Generalized Low Back Pain
- Fractures/Stress Fractures
- Disc Herniation

Years of Experience Preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience required.
- New graduates are not accepted for this position.
Schedule Details
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Schedule Structure
- Preferred: 5 days at 8 hours each; 4 days at 10 hours may be considered.
Clinic Hours
- MondayThursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

- NextGen.
Staff Support
- Support from 2 Patient Experience Coordinators (PECs).
Floating Requirements
- No floating required.
