Physical Therapist

Role: Provides medically prescribed physical therapy to patients with injuries, deconditioning, or musculoskeletal conditions to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability. Responsibilities: Conducts patient evaluations, develops and implements treatment plans, communicates with healthcare teams, and maintains documentation in compliance with standards and ethics. Attends meetings, participates in team discussions, and collaborates with physicians, staff, families, and community resources. Leads in-service training and participates in orientation for staff and students. Prepares service summaries and billing documentation. Supervisory duties: Oversees PTAs and interns as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and preferably one year of experience. Must be able to travel and perform heavy physical work, exerting significant force when needed. Skills: Strong evaluation, communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
