This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for COTAs seeking work-life balance or additional income .
What You’ll Do:- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety
- Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Active Texas COTA license (required)
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
- $50 per visit
- Flexible, self-managed schedule
- Independence in the field
- Meaningful, patient-focused care
- Consistent patient volume available
- On the road – South Dallas and surrounding areas
