SRB OBGYN, a well-established and physician-led private practice in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified OB/GYN to join a collegial team of five experienced physicians. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician seeking long-term stability, strong compensation, and a clear pathway to partnership. Practice Highlights
• Join a collaborative team of 5 physicians
• Equal call schedule with strong support
• No clinic scheduled while on call
• Post-call day off
• Dedicated OR day
• Half-day on Wednesdays, promoting work-life balance
• Partnership opportunity after 3 years Compensation & Benefits
• Very competitive salary starting at $300K
• $60,000 signing bonus
• Relocation assistance
• Up to 20 days of vacation
