Clinic Receptionist

Overview We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional clinic receptionist for Columbus Psychiatry Clinic. The position is 40 hrs/wk, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing front‑desk operations in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors upon arrival. Answer and route incoming calls. Schedule appointments. Verify insurance coverage and demographic information. Collect patient payments. Maintain accurate electronic medical records. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of receptionist, customer service, or front‑desk experience. Preferred: prior healthcare or behavioral health experience. Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance claims is a plus. Benefits Relocation allowance. Sign‑on bonus. Educational assistance.
