This role drives architectural strategy from initial solutioning through execution, ensuring mission-critical programs are set up to deliver measurable outcomes. They provide and are accountable for architectural integrity, executive alignment, and elevate solution quality while cultivating a high-performance culture across the team. U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required. Active Secret, TS or TS/SCI (a must).Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, translating current-state complexity into clear target-state designs, closing capability gaps, and delivering solutions that enable achievement of critical business and mission outcomes.Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designsExperience in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designsStrong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale to a variety of stakeholdersStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.
