Reporting to the IT/AV Manager, this position provides technical support to museum staff, volunteers, and visitors while managing critical IT/AV systems, security protocols, digital exhibits and Public & Private Events playing a critical role in the museum's mission to deliver engaging and accessible experiences for visitors of all ages. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver, motivated, independent and team-player - future thinker with a strong technical background in IT/AV based systems and a strong passion for technology. This role requires flexibility, strong communication & technical skills, and a commitment to excellence in both front- and back-of-house operations. Technical Support & User Assistance • Provide MAC/PC technical support for museum staff, volunteers, and visitors regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist employees with email access, file management, and software-related

inquiries Liaison to Managed Service Provider (MSP)

• Coordinate IT support requests and escalate unresolved issues
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues
