Senior Nurse Manager, Acute Care/Med-Surg

The NM directs orientation, staff training, and performance evaluation and ensures staffing coverage with temporary assignments as needed. The role requires an RN with a current US license, a nursing degree (ADN or Diploma) or higher, and compliance with VA-style qualification standards.
