Radiology Technologist - Sunbury, Pennsylvania

This opportunity is for an experienced Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray imaging to provide high-quality diagnostic services in an outpatient setting. The position is based in Sunbury, PA, and offers a contract assignment of 13 weeks. The schedule consists of Monday through Friday evening shifts, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with no weekends or on-call duties.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures including ortho, urology, spine, gastroenterology, and pain clinic cases.
• Operate GE OEC C-arms and portable X-ray equipment including GE and Shimadzu units.
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record systems for documentation and workflow.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain compliance with radiologic protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in the outpatient center to support diagnostic needs.

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience handling GE OEC C-arms in diverse clinical settings.
• Experience with ortho, urology, spine, gastroenterology, and pain clinic imaging cases.
• Proficient in operating portable X-ray machines and navigating EPIC software.
