Job Description
We’re hiring a professional, highly organized real estate office manager to supervise our administrative assistants and ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include maintaining new MLS listings, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also be in charge of the monthly budget, purchasing office supplies when necessary, and performing basic bookkeeping duties. Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Manage lower-level administrative employees and ensure office protocols are followed
Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment
Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
File paperwork and assist other real estate brokerage employees with contracts such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information when necessary
Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials
Qualifications:
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required
Real estate license not required, but knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
