Product Manager Native Experience

Owning the user experience for North's iOS, Android, and macOS applications, the full-time Product Manager, Native Experience will define product roadmaps, enhance onboarding and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely or in a hybrid model. Key responsibilities Define and execute the roadmap for North's mobile applications, ensuring a balance between platform-native capabilities and cross-platform consistency Design and iterate on first-time user experiences and onboarding flows to drive user activation and minimize time-to-value Engage with enterprise customers to validate product decisions and track performance metrics through analytics instrumentation Required qualifications 5+ years of product management experience in mobile/native applications, front-end platforms, or growth/lifecycle PM Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile or platform-layer products that enhance user adoption and engagement Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, including familiarity with iOS HIG and Material Design Analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics, product instrumentation, and conducting A/B tests Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience working with distributed engineering and design teams
