Schedule
Start time 6:45 AM
Monday through Friday with weekends off

What you will do:

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments. Responsibilities include installing mulch, planting flowers and shrubs, topdressing, aeration and seeding, and trimming.

You will operate equipment and company vehicles safely while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at job sites.

You will communicate respectfully with customers and work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to a team environment.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required
• Background check performed
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Landscaping experience is a plus but not required, training is provided for the right candidate
