As a Service Plumber, you'll be trusted to represent our company in customers' homes while providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. You'll: diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems ranging from simple repairs to complex service work. Perform thorough whole-home plumbing evaluations to identify the true source of plumbing concerns. Present honest recommendations and multiple solution options that genuinely serve the customer's needs. Complete every job with excellence while minimizing callbacks through quality workmanship. Communicate clearly with homeowners before, during, and after every service call. Deliver the type of customer experience that earns lifelong customers and five-star reviews. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle. Wear protective coverings and treat every customer's home with respect. Follow safe work practices both on the job and while driving. Work a typical daytime schedule (approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
