Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, applicants, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
• Assisting the Maintenance Team daily scheduling inspections, work orders, and move ins.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing leases or tenant files.
• Handle scheduling, coordinating maintenance requests, and logging service orders.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Assist property managers with daily operational tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or office administration is highly valued.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Buildium) is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and team-oriented mindset.
