Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time). Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Position Overview ANNUAL SALARY: $112K to $185K Provides oversight and administration of the PACE program including the effective planning, organization, administration, and evaluation of the organization's operations. This position is responsible for managing or overseeing primary care medical clinic, provider network, 24-hour care delivery system, therapeutic services, day health center, home care, transportation, compliance and Quality Assurance activities. Duties include ensuring the financial viability and continued growth of the organization and ensuring that services are provided in a manner that supports continuous quality improvement, customer‑oriented focus and quality member care outcomes. Essential Functions Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Mission, Vision, Values of Capital Health in behaviors, practices, and decisions. Defines and shares a strategy and vision; aligns resources toward achievement of organization results; grows and sustains the organization; identifies, leads, and embraces change. Promotes and maintains collaborative relationships with managers, peers, direct reports and customers by effectively fostering a team environment, building consensus and resolving conflicts. Maintains department budget, places orders for equipment and supplies as necessary. Identifies financial vulnerabilities and makes cost reduction recommendations as needed. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior. Provides leadership over the development of annual operating plans and related operating and capital budgets. Assists with development and implementation of long‑term goals and objectives for operations, which support its overall strategic direction. Oversees development and implementation of ongoing measures/evaluation methods related to all dimensions of performance inclusive of budget, productivity, quality and other targets. In collaboration with Capital Health Medical Group Chief Medical Officer and PACE Medical Director develops and directs the implementation of effective evidence‑based programs to measure, analyze and continuously improve the safety and quality of all member care services through empiric outcomes. In collaboration with Capital Health Public Relations leaders, develop strategic alliances with key elected officials, community groups, consumers and others to influence policy affecting PACE. Communicates on a regular basis with senior leaders, the medical staff, the board and other identified stakeholders regarding achievements and concerns related to member safety, quality, associate engagement and participant satisfaction. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Three years executive/director level healthcare experience including geriatric service management responsibilities. One year experience working with the elderly population preferred. Home care, hospice, community care and/or long‑term care management experience preferred. Sensory Requirements include: Accurate Near Vision, Accurate Far Vision, Minimal Color Discrimination, Accurate Depth Perception, Accurate Hearing.
