Product Sourcing Leader

GE HealthCare seeks a Product Sourcing Leader to develop and execute sourcing strategies for the Maternal Infant Care product line. This role partners across functions to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance while supporting new product development and existing portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute sourcing strategies for Maternal Infant Care product line aligned with business objectives
• Develop sourcing roadmaps focused on cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and supply chain resilience
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting to optimize total landed cost and performance
• Drive cost-out initiatives through value engineering, competitive bidding, and supplier optimization
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including capacity constraints, single-source dependencies, and geopolitical factors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, operations, or supply chain leadership
• Demonstrated ability developing and executing sourcing strategies for products or complex supplier portfolios
• Proven track record negotiating supplier agreements and delivering cost and continuity improvements
• Experience developing sourcing business cases, cost analyses, and commercial recommendations
• Working knowledge of supplier contracts, commercial terms, and supplier performance management
• Strong financial acumen including total landed cost, productivity, and ROI analysis
