General Manager – McDonald’s Join to apply for the General Manager role at McDonald’s. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service restaurant locations. Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail is acceptable. Must be 18 years or older. Salary & Benefits Salary: $47,000+.
