We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent with proven multifamily or commercial construction experience to lead large-scale projects throughout the Southeast. This individual will take full ownership of jobsite operations, managing safety, quality, schedules, subcontractors, and project execution from start to finish.

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects valued at approximately $20M per phase.
• Direct daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, inspections, and project logistics.
• Coordinate construction schedules and milestones utilizing Microsoft Project and project management software.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and jobsite safety throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with project management teams, owners, architects, and trade partners to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
• Oversee site documentation, reporting, and communication with key stakeholders.
• Travel throughout the Southeast to support current and future multifamily developments

Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience serving as the lead Superintendent on multifamily construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver ground-up construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, safety, quality control, and subcontractor management.
• Experience leading projects from sitework through project completion.
• Willingness and ability to travel for projects throughout the Southeast.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing projects valued at $20M or greater.
• Familiarity with Procore, ProjectSight, or similar construction management platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Experience working on historic tax credit or multifamily developments.
