We're looking for energetic, dependable team players who enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting both the front and back of house. If you take pride in helping the team succeed and creating an exceptional guest experience, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do Food Running

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with excellent presentation.
• Verify every plate before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy.
• Describe menu items when delivering food and answer basic guest questions.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Assist in expediting food during busy service periods.

Bussing

• Clear and reset tables quickly while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Refill water and assist guests when appropriate.
• Keep dining rooms, service stations, and walkways clean and organized.
• Restock dishes, silverware, glassware, napkins, and service supplies.
• Assist with opening, running, and closing side work.
• Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers wherever needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain organized during busy service periods.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and Cardinals game days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food runner experience
• Busser experience
• Restaurant or hospitality experience
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Interest in growing into Server or Bartender roles

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk continuously throughout your shift.
• Frequently lift and carry trays, dishes, bus tubs, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds .
• Bend, squat, reach, and move quickly throughout the restaurant.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
