Concessions - Cashier & Cook Positions

Responsible for the daily duties of the concession stand including but not limited to: food prep, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, merchandise and supply restocking and facility upkeep. Responsible for the daily duties of the concession cashier and/or cook including but not limited to: food prep, food handling, cleaning equipment, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, merchandise and supply restocking and facility upkeep. Must be able to work in fast paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Food prep and service in accordance with Health Dept. regulations and guidelines. Correctly operating all foodservice equipment and proper food handling proceduresAccurate sales transactions and payment processingCommunicate with other staff and guests in a courteous and professional mannerInventory control and daily restockingAdhere to all Spinato's Pizzeria and Footprint Center policies and proceduresFacility upkeep including daily and continuous cleaning of concession stands and equipmentAny other related duty as assigned by the Concession General ManagerWork schedules/hours are determined by scheduled events, leagues and programs.
