Customer Success Coordinator

We're Hiring! Client Success Coordinator (Onsite – Fairfax, VA) Level: Entry-level/early career Looking to start or grow your career in a hands-on, people-focused role? This might be for you We're looking for a Success Coordinator to join a growing, well-established company in Fairfax, VA. You'll play a key role in making sure every new customer project gets off to a smooth start — coordinating across Sales, Operations, and Accounting while being the customer's main point of contact by phone, from contract through project completion. This is a great opportunity if you're organized, reliable, great on the phone, enjoy helping people, and want to learn how a business runs from start to finish. What you'll be doing Coordinate new projects from contract to kickoff to completion Communicate with customers by phone throughout the process — listening, answering questions, and resolving concerns in real time (not just from a script) Support the Sales team with paperwork and follow-ups Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date Partner with internal teams (Sales, Production, Accounting) to keep everything moving smoothly Conduct final customer satisfaction calls and help ensure a great customer experience from day one to close-out We’re looking for 1+ year of customer service, phone-based support, admin, or coordination experience Strong communication skills — comfortable handling live phone conversations, including calming down a frustrated customer Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong organizational skills Comfortable using a CRM and learning new systems Open to feedback and eager to grow Able to work onsite in Fairfax, VA Important: This role is fully onsite.
