Join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician  in Catlettsburg, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and assist with repairs to support the overall operation of the property.

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other hotel systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce repair costs and downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.

• Prior experience in hotel maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

• Hourly pay ranging from $10.00 to $15.00, paid bi-weekly.
