Front Office Customer Service Representative

Eco Wall Coatings is a family-owned and operated importer and distributor of decorative plaster and specialty wall finishes. We are looking for a full-time Front Office Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is an entry-level, customer-facing position focused on assisting our existing office team with day-to-day customer service and order processing. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to work efficiently in a busy office environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general questions
• Greet and assist walk-in customers
• Enter and process customer orders
• Assist customers with product availability, order status, and basic product questions
• Take customer information and accurately enter it into our system
• Assist with preparing sales orders and invoices
• Process customer payments
• Follow up with customers regarding orders when necessary
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding customer pickups and order status
• Route calls and messages to the appropriate team member
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Assist the front office team with general administrative tasks
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and order information
• Keep the front office and customer areas organized and presentable
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other basic office duties
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Qualifications

Previous customer service, retail, office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Be dependable and punctual
• Work well as part of a team
• Be willing to learn about our products and industry

Experience with QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar programs is a plus but is not required.

The ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
