We are looking for a skilled Service Administrative Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our operations and customer experience.

About the Job

The Customer Service Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of service and support activities by maintaining documentation, tracking products and shipments, and ensuring service requests are completed accurately and on time. This role works closely with customer-facing teams and cross-functional departments to maintain organized processes and deliver a reliable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative activities related to customer service and support requests
• Prepare, process, and maintain accurate service and warranty documentation
• Track products, shipments, and returns to ensure timely follow-up and completion
• Communicate status updates clearly with internal teams and customers as needed
• Close and maintain customer service tickets by following required steps and processes
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across internal systems
• Identify and flag missing information, errors, or process gaps
• Support continuous improvement of service coordination and administrative workflows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, service coordination, administrative support, or customer support roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
