We design, underwrite, price, and issue insurance directly. Insurance is the largest unautomated industry in financial services, and we're rebuilding it from the ground up using AI. We've raised $374M from Kindred, TCV, and others to do so. Building something great requires working hard. We are in the office 6-7 days a week. We are meritocratic with very high standards. Responsibilities Required experience scaling 3+ cafe openings nationwide. Strong financial acumen. Understands P&Ls, margins, unit economics. Experience leading teams to run and operate a cafe/brick-and-mortar storefront. Open new cafe locations and drive expansion strategy globally. Build systems/processes for global scale. You have startup and/or founder experience. What we’re looking for Background in fast-growing QSR, cafe brands or venture-backed companies. Strong leadership running cafe operations. Proven analytical understanding of business economics to run, operate and scale cafes. You enjoy fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environments.
