MS/Tele RN Needed

Requirements:

Active CA RN License
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
Must have Telemetry experience
EKG experience preferred

Scheduling:

Every other weekend required
On-call as needed

Floating:

May float to other units within scope of practice
Could float to Ashby or Herrick Campus depending on census/need
Travelers should be flexible with floating between campuses/hospital units
Float notice is generally provided 1.5 hours before shift start
Shuttle service available if floating is required

Job Duties:

Provide direct patient care in an acute care MS/Tele setting
Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and transitions of care
Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies
Monitor patient progress, reassess care plans, and respond to patient needs accordingly
Support a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment
