Who We're Looking For:

ASN required; BSN preferred
Active RN license in Indiana or Multi-State License (NLC)
BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
2+ years of experience in labor and delivery, OB, or maternity care preferred
Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Passion for supporting patients and families through childbirth

What You'll Do:

Deliver nursing care before, during, and after labor and delivery
Monitor mother and baby, administer medications, and document care accurately
Assist physicians and midwives during births and emergencies
Educate and support patients and their families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum wellness
Work 312-hour day shifts (7:00 AM7:30 PM), including rotating weekends and holidays
