Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialty pharmacy site in Bemidji, MN is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a contract position lasting 13+ weeks. This role focuses on long-term care pharmacy responsibilities and provides an excellent opportunity to apply your clinical and retail pharmacy skills in a dynamic setting.

Location:

• Bemidji, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts may be required

Responsibilities:

• Managing medication dispensing and counseling for long-term care patients
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Overseeing pharmacy operations in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Administering immunizations and providing patient education
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD degree preferred
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
• Experience in retail and specialty pharmacy settings
