Life Signs is looking for a dedicated Hospital Support Executive to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the healthcare industry, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional support to hospital operations and patient care.
As a Hospital Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our healthcare services. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to hospital staff and patients
- Assist in coordinating patient admissions and discharges
- Manage and resolve inquiries from patients and their families
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures
- Monitor and report on patient satisfaction metrics
- Participate in training and development activities for staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in a healthcare support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
