No insurance experience required — we provide the training and mentorship.

What You'll Do

This is a people-first, relationship-focused role where you'll work directly with local businesses and their employees.

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Meet with businesses and employees in person
• Help employees understand available supplemental benefit options
• Assist with enrollments and answer questions
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
• Work toward individual and team goals

No previous insurance or benefits experience is required.

High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, local travel, and ability to pass a background check are required.

Compensation & Schedule

This is an in-person, field-based position with performance-based compensation, including uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Individual earnings vary based on performance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
