Work Environment\n

This position operates entirely remotely, providing counselors the flexibility to work from their chosen environment while leveraging telehealth platforms for client sessions. Our telehealth facility employs secure and user-friendly video conferencing technology, ensuring transparent communication and a seamless therapeutic experience. Counselors will have minimal administrative responsibilities, allowing them to concentrate on delivering high-quality care to their clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide counseling and psychotherapy through video conferencing, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients' responses to treatment, adapting therapeutic approaches as needed to suit individual client preferences and progress.

• Manage crisis situations by employing sound judgment, appropriate interventions, and strong clinical skills.

• Participate in regular collaboration with case management to ensure holistic care initiatives are implemented effectively for each client.

• Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and remote communication tools proficiently to enhance client engagement and ensure accurate documentation of treatment plans and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily consist of individuals coping with mild to moderate mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma recovery, and grief. You will be equipped to cater to a broad spectrum of demographics, presenting a unique opportunity to positively influence diverse lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or closely related disciplines.

• A valid Social Work license recognized by state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
