Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
Manage daily restaurant operations including food quality and labor
Maintain high standards of professionalism and cleanliness
Complete an 8-12 week paid training program including ServSafe Certification and management skills
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred 2 years of restaurant management experience, especially in quick service
Strong leadership, time management, and team player attitude
Open availability including weekends, holidays, and willingness to work 10-hour shifts
Positive attitude and self-motivated with dependable attendance
