Role Summary Sam's Club Associate – Prepared Food Team Member located at 90 BASS PRO DR, PEARL, MS 39208-9242. Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future production, and ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Leverage technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement by using handheld devices for production decisions, ordering, training, and quality control. Operate and maintain equipment , sanitizing as needed, while ensuring quality, date‑control standards, and waste reduction. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, handling payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. Support team culture through brand advocacy, respectful and supportive collaboration, and training assistance. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, including the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources, and communicate progress to managers and partners. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certifications (e.g., Food Handler, Food Service). Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00, depending on job classification and length of employment.
