The Restaurant Team Member is responsible for performing assigned work position duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered to our guests, delivering the Cicis promise on a consistent basis. They are expected to comply with Cicis uniform, appearance and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare ingredients, make quality products and take guest orders. Provide quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions and act with a sense of urgency. Work as a team and assist each other by being on time, supporting other positions as needed, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift. Accurately use the POS system, process cash and credit card transactions, and suggestively sell items to support sales building initiatives. Protect the restaurant’s assets by maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area and complying with all security standards. Skills and Abilities Required Customer service focused and oriented. Demonstrates the highest professionalism. Able to work in a fast‑pace environment and stand on your feet for 6 hours. Bilingual skills a plus. Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age.
