Catering Server

Responsibilities

Set up event spaces, tables, chairs, linens, buffet stations, and service areas
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner
Refill and maintain buffet bars throughout events
Monitor food presentation and cleanliness of service areas
Assist with clearing tables and guest needs during events
Break down and clean event spaces after service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

Previous serving, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Food handler certification is a plus
