Responsibilities
- Set up event spaces, tables, chairs, linens, buffet stations, and service areas
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Refill and maintain buffet bars throughout events
- Monitor food presentation and cleanliness of service areas
- Assist with clearing tables and guest needs during events
- Break down and clean event spaces after service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Previous serving, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food handler certification is a plus
