Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) - Cath Lab Technologist

Cath Lab Tech Cardiac

Shift: 06:30 - 17:00 Type: Days

Contract Length: 4 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Tech
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Previous experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and patient support during medical procedures.
• Communicate continuously with the physician regarding the patient's condition.
• Assist the physician during procedures and operate all equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure the procedure room is equipped and ready for upcoming cases.
• Obtain necessary supplies and meet the needs of the Cardiac Cath Lab team.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality activities.

Compliance / Notes:

Scrubs: Navy blue for Nurses, Maroon for ER Techs.
